SAMPLE SUBMISSION Form

Deliver samples to our laboratory 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Urgent samples are accepted afterhours by prior arrangement only.

For regular clients, a metro sample pick-up service is available for a fee.

Ensure samples are labelled properly and clear instructions are given to our laboratory for testing in the Sample Submission Sheet.
